Dr Colin graduated from Sheffield in 2003, completing his foundation training year at the practice and has remained as an associate ever since. For several years Colin also worked a day a week in Exeter’s Dental Access Centre gaining valuable experience in emergency dentistry and lots of extractions!
Colin enjoy all aspects of general dentistry but have a special interest in high quality composite work and endodontics. Colin is actively involved with the local BDA section having served as Chair, Secretary and currently as Treasurer. In 2019 Colin was honoured to receive a Certificate of Merit from the BDA for services to the Association.
Outside of dentistry Colin enjoys cycling, baking and getting out to the beach or Dartmoor with my young family.

Arun joined the practice in 2020. He obtained his primary dental qualification in 2000 and went on to complete his master’s degree in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery in 2004. Since 2005, he has been practicing oral surgery in various Maxillo-Facial units in England & Wales. During his initial years of training, he attained membership diploma from Royal college of surgeons (England) and was awarded Fellowship in Oral medicine & Oral surgery by the Royal College of Ireland.
Arun provides general dentistry alongside his current job in Torbay hospital as an associate specialist. He has special interest in oral medicine and surgery, therapeutic and cosmetic injections for jaw pain and wrinkle treatment. Apart from carrying out all aspects of general dentistry, he regularly provides flexible dentures and bonded indirect restorations within the practice.
Arun enjoys playing and watching Cricket. He is married to a dentist wife and is dedicated father of young twins. His hobbies include sketching and oil painting with a passion for art and history.
With 42 years of experience running his own practice in Melbourne, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge in general dentistry, cosmetic work, and Invisalign. Seeking new horizons, he made the move to England to continue doing what he loves — helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles.

With 7 children and 2 grandchildren, Paul built and ran his startup practice in Melbourne for over four decades, developing deep expertise across general dentistry, crown work, and orthodontics.
Deciding that the world had more to offer and see, Paul made the exciting move to live and work in England — bringing his extensive experience and warm, personable approach to Nuvo Dental Dawlish.
Outside the surgery, Paul enjoys playing the clarinet, field hockey, and has a passion for classic cars and property development.
Sam is the Practice Manager here Nuvo Dental in Dawlish and she plays a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly day to day. She oversees the daily operations of the clinic, supporting both the clinical team and reception staff while helping to create a welcoming and well-organised environment for patients.
With a strong focus on teamwork and patient experience, Sam works closely with the whole team to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care from the moment they walk through the door. She is passionate about building a positive and supportive workplace where staff can develop their skills and patients feel comfortable and well looked after.
Sam enjoys the variety that her role brings and takes pride in helping the practice continually improve and deliver excellent service to the local community.
